Brick making machine usage：

Type HMSV Series cement mortar block machine（QT4-15，QT6-15,QT8-15,QT10-15,QT12-15）pipeline are use for producing high tension hollow bricks, color bricks of sidewalk，planting grass bricks, border bricks, slope bricks, etc. The machine use varies kind of industrial waste, such as worthless gangue, fly ash, slag, etc. it is a new generated environment protecting cement mortar brick-making machine.

Characters：

  The machine combine support vibrating and mould vibrating to press and shaping cement mortar to high intensity bricks. The machine complete double material preparing automatically during making color sidewalk bricks, the producing circle is only 12 to 18 second, when producing color ground bricks add another 5 to 8 second of circle.

  Easy operating hydraulic system. The hydraulic system complete the pallet up and down, transporting material, skip back, add pressure and mould separating, etc.

  Use PLC industrial computer for the control system, it has human machine interface and remote control system, it is easy to diagnose for trouble and can be upgraded. It is an advanced high automatic pipeline combined the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic.
