Our company's cylinder incinerator has changed from traditional diesel or liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) combustion, using gas produced by gas producer for combustion, combustion temperature as high as 700 C, while the traditional can only reach 600 C. The YSP15 cylinder can only reach 60 cylinders in one hour, but 90 cylinders per hour can be improved, and the production speed is improved. The gas producer consumes 55 KG/h of coal per hour, while the diesel fuel burns slowly and consumes 15 litres of fuel per hour. The economic benefits of the two are quite different. Structure: The new cylinder incinerator is composed of four parts: tunnel incinerator body, gas generator mechanism, temperature control electronic control device and cylinder conveying device. Through the cylinder of the cylinder conveying device, the incinerator can convey liquefied gas cylinders to the incinerator in turn, and the high temperature flame can be controlled by the combustion device. It sprays directly on the surface of LPG cylinder to carbonize the paint film on the cylinder surface, and incinerates the dirt and residual liquid inside the cylinder, so as to achieve the purpose of incineration. The incinerator can incinerate 15 kg and 50 kg cylinders of different specifications.
